I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with a background in social work and extensive experience working directly with individuals and within community settings. My practice is fully online, offering a welcoming and flexible space where people can access support from wherever they are. I’m based in Edinburgh and offer online CBT sessions throughout the UK.
I also provide therapy in Greek, creating a space where people can connect and share more comfortably in their native language. I work with individuals aged 18 and over to navigate life’s challenges, including emotional difficulties, anxiety, depression and social or other life stressors. In addition to one-to-one therapy, I also facilitate online psychoeducational groups from a CBT perspective, focusing on social anxiety, self-esteem and self-care.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Groupwork (SCQF Level 11) from The Centre of Therapy and Counselling Studies, awarded with distinction by Abertay University and a COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills from Edinburgh College. I also hold an undergraduate degree in Social Work from the Higher Technological Education Institute of Western Greece. This combination of academic training and practical experience has given me a strong foundation to support people effectively through CBT and group-based interventions.
My approach is collaborative and practical, creating a safe and supportive space to explore what matters most to you. Through our work together, you can develop positive life strategies, build confidence and move toward meaningful, lasting change with greater clarity and self-belief.
